Family Spa provides massage and spa services, including but not limited to Foot Massage, Aroma Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Shiatsu Pressure-Point Massage, Thai Stretching, and Hair Wash services, at our location at 44 Le Lai Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

Bookings

• Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, Zalo, KakaoTalk, LINE, or WeChat, or by visiting us directly.

• Prices listed on our Site are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of your visit applies.

• Promotions (such as Happy Hour discounts) are subject to specific time windows and may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion.
  

Cancellations

We kindly ask that you inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so we can offer the time slot to other guests.

Payment

Payment is due at our location following your service, using the payment methods we accept on-site. We do not process online payments through our Site.

Guest Conduct and Health

Please inform our staff of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before your treatment so we can provide a safe and suitable service. Family Spa reserves the right to decline or modify a service where necessary for guest safety.
